The initial challenge
GEM Drafting is an AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) technology company specializing in drafting, 3D scanning, and BIM (Building Information Modeling). Their existing website lacked a polished look and a user-friendly experience—especially on mobile devices.
That was a problem because potential clients (particularly referrals) form first impressions through digital channels. GEM Drafting also wanted to expand beyond referrals and attract national clients.
